It is such a delight to write a review to recommend Addy as your consultant for your design needs. It is my first time hiring a designer to help me decorate my room. With Addy's advice, my room was transformed into a beautiful retreat. I stayed within budget and now enjoy my own little "getaway" peaceful corner of the world! She came to the rescue to help us choose the color to paint our home. We had 4 or 5 colors painted on the walls, and they all looked terrible in a room with no direct light. We finally decided that we needed HELP after trying to choose a color on our own. We called Addy and she was so patient with us as she set up and explained the right wall and baseboard color combo samples. She took the anxiety away that I was having about choosing the right color. We liked that color so much we painted the whole house. The way it reflects the light and brightens our room is so amazing. We love sitting in our Living Room because it's not a cave anymore!! We are so grateful for Addy's help.

I was first exposed to Addy’s work when I lived in Southern California, for she’d done a tremendous job decorating a friend’s home. By the time I needed her services, I was living on the other side of the country; however, the distance was not an obstacle for her.
Instead, Addy became my “virtual” designer, using measurements and pictures I sent her way as the foundation for her work. She then took the time to learn about my taste, my needs, and my budget. Throughout the design process, I really appreciated how she encouraged me to stretch my preferences a bit, asking me to consider looks I might not have originally considered. Importantly, though, she did so in a way where I always felt in control. And this “gentle encouragement” led to a better end result than I ever could have imagined on my own; I truly couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Addy has an incredible skill in pulling together a cohesive look, inclusive of colors, textures, and styles that seem to build off one another. I wish I had her talent…but since I don’t, I’m glad I have her help! I cannot recommend her enough to others who are looking to turn their house into their (much improved…) home.
